The doughnut seal doesn't work well at all. It's way too tight, like a hundred times too tight. Also, it's way too thick and it extends up into the tube defeating the whole purpose of the mechanism. It needs to be completely redesigned, as it is. It doesn't work at all

So far so good. My experience will be different from the average user. I had a prostate procedure almost three years ago which caused some nerve damage and left me almost impotent. Rocket Man I like being able to stretch my dick beyond measure. It's better than the old bathtub units. Now, it's actually fatter, more girth, and slightly longer. It helps with blood flow. You have to be very careful with this piece of equipment to avoid rupture or damage. Patience is definitely needed.

Blood Flow The entrance hole is small for sure. Had no problem getting my penis sucked in. A problem occurs at the base of the penis when the penis is completely inside the tube. The entrance hole is now constricting the penis so hard that it prevents any more blood getting to the penis.

Good Product, could be better Overall the device is great. Packaging, the device look, and ease of use are perfect. Shipping was on-time discreet. I expected two types of entry donuts and only received one. I also expected 2oz of lubricant. I received none. Biggest drawback with the device is the length of the tube and the girth of the donut. It only allows for about 7 inches of insertion and the donut is really tight around the base of the penis. Other pumps don�t constrict the base as much and allows for a nice girthy pump to the base. Also once the penis� head reaches the top of the pump, it blocks the release valve! I couldn�t get it to release. Some type of extension donut or a larger option would make the device perfect. Overall happy, I can get a great pump in no time. But cannot fully extend or increase pressure after the max length is exceed. Looking forward for updates and additions to the line up

Welcome to the GRIND This is a marathon and not a sprint. I currently use it for 5 minutes a day. Starting with 10 seconds suction and 5 seconds release. As I got better and comfortable. After 10 seconds I'd use the pause control to maintain the pull for 5 seconds and try to continue for another 5 to 10 seconds. Please follow the instructions. After a week my penis looks bigger just being flaccid.
